Transformer oil filtration machines
Maintaining transformer oil performance parameters through continued oil monitoring and oil filtration is the key to maintain the transformer asset in good health. At NACH we deliver transformer oil filter machines that are robust in operation and ensue oil performance parameters as per defined International standards. Transformer oil filter machines are offered with features like automation, monitoring devices that make these different from the contemporary machines.
Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Systems
At NACH we manufacture impregnation systems for coil winding and motor-generator industry. Impregnation systems are designed for varnishes, resins and epoxy chemicals used distinctly in different class of motor-generator industry. The systems are simple to operate, easy to install and moreover they are optimized to meet the low consumption of impregnant in the impregnation process.
Transformer oil storage tanks
Filtration of transformer oil needs to be supported by oil storage tanks, oil transfer systems with proper piping and good oil monitoring system to tame oil stagnation. At NACH we have delivered transformer oil tanks both mobile and stationary to substations to resolve the oil handling. We have also given oil handling solutions like piping, remote monitoring of oil consumption etc. to upcoming transformer industry as a part of transformer oil transfer and handling system.
Electrical Ovens
Be it motor-generator industry or a transformer industry, at NACH you will find solutions of oven that are built to handle both the type of industrial products. We design baking ovens to suit baking of windings before and after the impregnation process. In transformer industry we have also developed and delivered vacuum drying ovens that are suited for continuous drying of the transformer for over a period of eight to ten days.
Products
Transformer Oil filter machine
NACH offers transformer oil filtration machine in two series, the Transcure BS series and the Transcure D series. Transcure BS series transformer oil purification machines are suitable for distribution transformers of typical 10MVA rating. The Transcure D series oil filtration machines are suited for power transformers.
Transformer Vacuum Drying Ovens
At NACH we design vacuum drying ovens that are customized for the end user. The vacuum drying ovens are suitable for handling large transformers and vacuum systems are designed to take up large moisture load.
Transformer Evacuation Systems
Transformers are evacuated and vacuum is drawn to remove moisture and gases (nitrogen is evacuated during initial erection phases of the transformer), before new oil filling or oil alteration in transformers. NACH Evacuation systems comprising adequate capacity of vacuum pumps.
Transformer oil transfer system
Oil handling in refineries or transformer repair shops is challenged by minimum oil stagnation and appropriate oil transfer from source to destinations that are separated by several meters in short periods.
Impregnation Systems
NACH addresses questions of the coil winding industry and assists setting up equipment in the coil winding industry. NACH pressure-vacuum units have ensued economical solutions in motor manufacturing and repairing shops in form of flood impregnation.
Baking Ovens
Baking ovens are required to raise temperature of coils or winding before impregnation process is started. Suitable baking ovens either gas fired or electrically operated ovens can be provided to suit the demands of the system.

Erection, Commissioning, Training and Demonstration Workshop
At NACH we have a team of service engineers who are trained to conduct erection and commissioning of NACH equipment at site. The engineers have complete knowledge of the systems and are capable of delivering effective training to site staff. The engineers are equipped with instruments and test equipment to give on site demonstration of satisfactory performance of the equipment.
Annual and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract
Regular servicing and upkeep of the machines ensure its complete utility in crucial times of service. We offer onsite repairs and troubleshooting of machines of all make. We also provide information on restoration of systems and advise on disposal of systems. Our team is well equipped with technical skills and equipment to execute jobs of revamping at site.
Spare Parts and Consumables
NACH offers spare components (set of rubber ‘O’ rings, valves) and consumable items (like vacuum pump oil, filter elements) for all its products.
All the spare components and consumable items have the same quality as those used in manufacturing stages. We also offer spares and consumable items in sets, so that machine once removed for overhauling can be restored in minimum time. Genuine spares and consumables offered from NACH ensure overall long life of the asset.
