Head of NACH Engineering
Mr. Anil G. Chaudhary is the founder of the NACH. He is an Electrical-Mechanical Engineer, who graduated from the Board of Technical Education, Mumbai (1968). He has vast experience in the area of transformer oil, transformer erection, and commissioning. He has also conducted seminars and workshops for the motor and generator winding industry. At present, he holds the position of Chairman in the Board of Directors.
Dr. N. A. Chaudhary
Director, Technical and Sales/Marketing
Dr. Nikhil A. Chaudhary is an electrical engineer and an IIT-Bombay Ph. D. graduate (2007). He has experience in the area of Advanced Process Control and Optimization. He has worked extensively in the areas of transformer oil, transformer erection, and commissioning. He holds good knowledge in the area of vacuum technology as well. Presently he is appointed as Technical and Sales Director in the company
Mr. S. SACHIN
Project Manager
Mr. S. Sachin is a Mechanical Engineer from Pune University. He is presently handling all the projects. His core expertise is in the area of tool room and advances in the metal fabrication industry.
Mrs. Gauri N. Chaudhary
Manager – Operations and Administration
Mrs. Gauri N. Chaudhary is a Chartered Accountant. She has worked in distinct areas of industrial accounts and legal compliance. She is an able administrator and a good manager. She heads the administration and finance team of the company.
Mr. Swapnil M. Padval
Manager – Factory and Production
Mr. Swapnil M. Padval is a Mechanical Graduate from Pune University. He has over 8 years of experience in metal fabrication industry. At present he is incharge of the Bhor factory. He is a true team leader with a staff of more than 40 employee. He is keen on implementing 5S in NACH.
Mr. Amiyo Biswas
Manager After Sales and Service
Mr. Amiyo Biswas is an Electrical Engineer from Kolkata (Jadhavpur) University. He has over 06 years of experience servicing electrical equipment like diesel generators and H.V. circuit breakers. He leads the service team at NACH.
Mr. Shrikant Gaikwad
Manager Stores and Purchase
Mr. Shirkant Gaikwad has a lot of experience in purchasing, negotiating and new vendor development. His key skills in ERP have helped to manage complex inventory issues like GRN, MR, PO etc. He leads the stores team at Bhor.
Mrs. Prachi M. Waghmare
Manager Design
Mrs. Prachi Waghmare is key person involved in designing systems for different projects. She is also involved in marketing activities like filing tenders and submission of quotations. She also takes care of post contract / post tender activities.
