It is of utmost important that Vacuum pump oil parameters like vapour pressure, viscosity are
maintained at varying operating temperatures of vacuum pump. These parameters are crucial for
deciding vacuum pump performance. Genuine vacuum pump oil recommended by pump OEM, are able
to deliver better performance of vacuum pump under running condition. Oils manufactured by pump
OEM, say LEYBNOL, manufactured by Oerlikon Leybold, have good blending of chemicals to preserve
the oil properties under different working conditions. Such chemically blended oils demonstrate good
performance in chemical environments.
